INFORMATION ON BECOMING A PATIENT

Patients must be approved for the sessions and are based on their need for the services. 

Consents must be signed to allow us to use their picture for focus and attunement and their first name and last initial for the group sessions. 

Updates must be given at least every two months .

Sessions may be more frequent determined by the condition of the patient.
